ELITE INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The NIHONDEN AIKIBUJUTSU SENYOKAI is an organization rooted in technical excellence and high standards in transmitting the arts, culture, and traditions that we hold so dearly. Like a river flowing, a dojo needs to produce future leadership, instructors, and enhance and propagate the curriculum, ethics, and teaching standards. This can ensure that we move what has been built forward in a productive and high quality manner.

We have deep rooted connections in Japan and that is wonderful but it is here, in our local area We have built a special place to train that offers the rare, the comprehensive, and the old world feel of Japanese martial arts but with a focus on modern applications. 
What we seek now are those wanting to study, enrich their lives and possibly someday take part in passing these traditions on to others. This takes discipline, focus, and organized unified efforts. We are a martial arts family, we want to impress that upon any potential applicants. 
So, we have developed a program for those that love Japanese culture, martial arts, healing arts, and the security/protection professions. Our program will provide training in the form of classes, lectures, seminars, and camps. We provide details on the technical, theoretical, and solid science behind our body work and methods of transformation. 

One day, we hope to have our graduates open their own dojo/training centers. We want our members to grow with us but without sacrificing quality or substance.
THIS PROGRAM WILL BE LAUNCHED IN APRIL OF 2021.

The members of this program will represent the elite among our student body. They, if they put in the proper time and personal investment into their studies, may see, experience, feel, and one day master aspects of Japanese martial arts that are almost extinct. These are methods that have long been forgotten by the general Japanese populace. We have these methods and the experience to establish something beautiful here, right here, in Peabody, MA.

The members will learn the how, when, and why of everything. We will also dojo business classes, teamwork classes, seminars on processes of efficiency, time management, and many other areas that are required to succeed that only in the dojo but in life .

This program corresponds with the in depth level 1-4 program or kyoka 教科 or curriculum. This is a balanced curriculum covering health, self defense, Japanese culture, business efficiency/protocols, etc.

IN ORDER TO APPLY-
1- BE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16 AND 30 (SOME EXCEPTIONS MAY BE MADE FOR OLDER DESHI)
2- PROVIDE LOCAL CHARACTER REFERENCES
3- BECOME A PRODUCTIVE AND CARING MEMBER OF THE DOJO. 
4- ATTEND CLASSES, OBSERVE ALL DOJO AND SAFETY RULES
5- OBTAIN RED CROSS CERTIFICATION (WE HOST CERTIFICATION EVENTS SOON)
6- PROCURE YOUR UNIFORMS, TRAINING WEAPONS, AND BE READY TO TRAIN.

THERE IS A ONE TIME FEE FOR THIS PROGRAM, WITH ZERO MONTHLY STUDENT DUES AFTER THE INITIAL COST. wE PROVIDE LINKS TO SUPPLIERS FOR NEEDED TRAINING EQUIP.
